Company - Cooperation - Terms and conditions


Terms and conditions below apply to all contracts between the “PRINTOR Tomasz Torczyński” company, later referred to as “Contractor” and their client, referred to as “Client”
  • Realisation of the contract is defined as fulfilment of one or more tasks related to the Contractor's offer
  • The Client places an order in which they specify the amount, preferred realisation date and any other details necessary
  • The contract becomes binding for both parties in the moment of receiving the confirmation of order issued by the Contractor
  • The Realisation Date can undergo changes with no consequences for then Contractor if they are caused by independent phenomena s.a. (catastrophes, energy breakdown, etc.)
  • Order realisation bases on the Client's Documentation, hence the Contractor takes no responsibility for functioning of the item produced in accordance with the Documentation
  • The Documentation should be delivered to the Contractor by means of email or storage device and should contain all necessary files
  • Improper or diverse Documentation may demand additional preparatory costs
  • All documents, orders and other agreements have to be delivered in writing by email, fax or post
  • Contractor can assure component purchasing and procurement and provides other materials needed for order realisation
  • Order realisation can succeed with the use of the Client's printed circuits and/or Client's electronic components. The Client is then obliged to deliver those to the Contractor in the agreed time limit, otherwise the Realisation date can undergo changes
  • Electronic components supplied by Client should be delivered with a surplus because of possible defect or loss during automated assembly. Components smaller or equal SO8 should be supplied with a tolerance 3...5%. Larger components can be delived in exact ammount and remains are returned to the Client.
  • Quantitative tolerance – The Contractor reserves the right to manufacture in a quantitative tolerance of ordered quantity in case of production of printed circuit boards in panels. The Client may demand 0/0% quantity tolerance, which may result in  individual pricing
  • Shipment – after completion of the order the Contractor sends the items to the Client or informs the Client, as specified in the order
