Quality - production
PCB printed circuit boards – production compliant with IPC-A-600 requirements
Printed circuits undergo optical and electrical inspection. Trace continuity and existence of short circuits is inspected/checked/tested. For this purpose we operate/use/ needle testers and Flying Probe tester Probot 880 high-end flying probe by MANIA Technologie (testing speed 3000tp/s). Using advanced tesing methods ensure complete PCB testing.

Assembly – compliance with IPC-A-610 requirements

Automatic Pick & Place machines Opal-XII by Assembleon perform component assembly with accurance of 50/40 microns (Chip/QFPs). Each component picked from the feeder is opticaly checked by a vision camera/ camera. See examplary components assembled in our factory comp.example.OPAL.pdf
For SMT and THT assembly testing we apply Automated Optical Inspection tester YTV-3000 by YesTech. It ensures proper position of the component and good solder joint structure.
ESD – production environment compliant with IEC 61340
All assembly processes are executed in an electrically safe zone (protected from electrostatic loads). Workstations, devices, tools and personal ESD protection are subjected to scheduled and recorded checks.

Cleanliness of products – Inspection compliant with IPC-TM-650

Presence of contaminations on assembled or sole PCB's is checked in compliance with IPC-TM-650: Ionic Analysis Methodologies Test Method 2.3.25 (Detection and Measurement of Ionizable Surface Contaminates by Resistivity of Solvent Extract (ROSE)). Maintaining high level of cleanliness improves the reliability of electronic devices and their durability in unfavorable conditions.
