The Quality Policy is an effect of a long-term strategy of the company.
Our mission is realised according to the following principles:

Every employee is familiar with the Quality Policy and applies its principles.
Personel training
Employee training has major significance for the Company and employees' qualifications are seen as the most valuable asset. Regular training is conducted in the field of requirements of national and international standards concerning our branch of industry. Most important requirements are compiled in illustrated form and avaliable in departments concerned. Productivity and Quality scores are also visualised for each department.
